Pre-Trip Planning Timeline
Traveler Information Form
About three months prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only experiences team with the Traveler Information Form. In this form, we'll ask you to provide details such as contact information for each traveler, flight and travel information, as well as select any trip add-ons, tours, etc.
We'll take this information and begin planning your trip and building your personal itinerary. We'll be in touch with you after receiving the completed form should any follow-up or confirmation be necessary.
Bon Voyage! Itinerary and Final Trip Details
About three weeks prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only experiences team with your personal itinerary, suggested packing list, contact information for your on-site Inspirato hosts, pre-trip Zoom call details, and more.
What you need to know
Airport and Transportation Information
Suggested Arrival and Departure Airport: We suggest flying in and out of London Heathrow Airport (LHR). The airport is a 30-minute drive to your accommodations.
Secondary Arrival and Departure Airport Options: Gatwick Airport (LGW) is a one-hour drive to your accommodations.
Transfers are not included in your package, but we can assist in booking private transportation for you. Options will be available in your Traveler Information Form.
Your Inspirato Only experience package includes private shuttle transportation between the COMO Metropolitan London hotel and the Talbot House hospitality, adjacent to the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club.
Packing List
There is no dress code for Wimbledon spectators; however, dressing smartly is encouraged, especially as you will be frequenting Centre Court. Beyond a few forbidden items (torn jeans, running vests, sport shorts, clothing with logos), get creative! Wimbledon is known for its whites and light colors, so we encourage you to stay within these parameters–especially to beat the heat.
For men, we recommend a nice, breathable button-down with lighter slacks or comfortable shorts with a Panama-style hat. There are no jacket or tie requirements. Women's attire is described as English garden chic–comfortable and fashionable. Sundresses are welcome and encouraged. All attendees should wear comfortable shoes.
Dress code for the private event on Friday evening is cocktail attire.

- Gratuities are included in your trip. As such, tipping is neither required nor expected. For members who want to further recognize exceptional service, we will provide gratuity envelopes at the end of your stay.
- It is recommended to explore your data plan with your smartphone provider ahead of your trip.
Note: The currency in England is the pound sterling.

Your ticket includes access to the Talbot House hospitality area, food, and beverage. The Talbot House is a private hospitality house that is a five-minute walk from the gates of All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club.

Twenty Inspirato members and passholders and their family, friends, and guests will be in attendance.
The minimum age for this experience is 16 years old.
Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded one day after the package is rebooked.
