Pre-Trip Planning Timeline
Traveler Information Form
About three months prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only Experiences team with the Traveler Information Form. In this form, we'll ask you to provide details such as contact information for each traveler, flight and travel information, and selection of trip add-ons, excursions, etc.
We'll take this information and begin planning your trip and building your personal itinerary. We'll be in touch with you after receiving the completed form should any follow-up or confirmation be necessary.
Bon Voyage! Itinerary and Final Trip Details
About three weeks prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only Experiences team with your personal itinerary, suggested packing list, contact information for your on-site Inspirato hosts, pre-trip Zoom call details, etc.
What you need to know
Airport and Transportation Information
We suggest flying in and out of Augusta Regional Airport (AGS). Augusta airport is a 15-minute drive to your accommodations.
Secondary Arrival and Departure Airport Options:
- Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is a 2.5-hour drive to your accommodations.
- Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is a 1.5-hour drive to your accommodations.
Private Options:
- Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is a 15-minute drive to your accommodations.
- Aiken Regional Airport (AIK) is a 30-minute drive to your accommodations.
- Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is a 1.5-hour drive to your accommodations.
We offer complimentary Cadillac airport transfers for all Augusta Regional and Aiken Regional flights. We do not offer transfers from other airports, but can assist in booking private transportation for you.
Your Inspirato Only Experience package includes private shuttle transportation between the Inspirato Inn and Club Magnolia. Shuttles will operate daily between 7 a.m. and one hour after the end of play. Departures will take place curbside in front of the Rosemary Inn.
The shuttle will park and drop off guests at Club Magnolia. Club Magnolia offers on demand shuttles all day. From Club Magnolia, you can walk to Augusta National (0.5 mi) or proceed outside to the circular drive and one of their shuttle vans will bring you to a drop-off location on Washington Road (closest to gate 6).
Your Inspirato Only Experience package also includes on-demand transportation provided by Cadillac for your dinner reservations and local events throughout your stay.
Packing List
In keeping with our members’ sophisticated, yet laid-back style, this trip will be completely resort casual. Daytime and on-course dress is as follows: Men should wear polo shirts without logos and slacks or shorts—never T-shirts or denim. Sneakers are a good idea for walking the uneven terrain. Metal spikes are not allowed. For women, slacks or modest shorts with a comfortable top are a good choice. No cut-off shorts are allowed.
Evening and special event dress for gentlemen includes slacks or pants, closed-toe shoes, collared shirts, and jackets (if desired, not required). For ladies, casual dress or skirt, blouse or casually elegant top, and pants are appropriate.

- Gratuities are included in your trip. As such, tipping is neither required nor expected. For members who want to further recognize exceptional service, we will provide gratuity envelopes at the end of your stay.
- Cell phones and cameras are not allowed on Augusta National. We suggest writing down important phone numbers and information should you need them on-course.
- Travel insurance is not required for the trip, but it is highly recommended that you purchase it. Please contact our preferred partners at Travelex for a quote.

If you booked a Lookaway Inn, Rosemary Inn, or Rosemary Cottage package:

Approximately 65 Inspirato members and passholders and their family, friends, and guests will be in attendance for each half of the week (Practice Round and Birdie/Finals Round).
This is a family-friendly experience. The minimum age is 8 years old.
Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded one day after the package is rebooked.
