About two months prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only experience team with the Preference Sheet and Traveler Information Form. In this form, we'll ask you to provide details such as contact information for each traveler, flight and travel information, as well as selecting your preferences for food, beverages, and activities.

We'll take this information and begin planning your trip and building your personal itinerary. We'll be in touch with you after receiving the completed form should any follow-up or confirmation be necessary.

About one month prior to your departure, the Inspirato Only experiences team will arrange a phone call between you and your catamaran crew. What you need to know

Airport and Transportation Information

For our U.S. Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands itineraries, we suggest flying in and out of Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas. The St. Thomas airport is a 30-minute drive to the marina.

For our Spanish Virgin Islands itinerary, we suggest flying into Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas and then departing out of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport(SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The St. Thomas airport is a 30-minute drive to the marina.

We are more than happy to arrange private transportation or a private taxi to and from the airport. Please reach out to your Inspirato Only experiences team for assistance.

Packing List

Embrace island life and leave your formal attire at home. This is your catamaran, so you decide the dress code. We recommend packing plenty of bathing suits, shorts, and t-shirts to be worn throughout the day. Evenings can be as casual or dressy as you and your group would like.

For any evenings on shore, we recommend resort casual. For men, this means a nice pair of shorts and a shirt with a collar. For women, a nice pair of shorts/skirt and a blouse, or even a festive sundress, is appropriate.
