Pre-Trip Planning Timeline
Traveler Information Form
About three months prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only Experiences team with the Traveler Information Form. In this Form, we'll ask you to provide details such as contact information for each traveler, flight and travel information, select trip add-ons and excursions, etc.
We'll take this information and begin planning your trip and building your personal itinerary. We'll be in touch with you after receiving the completed form should any follow-up or confirmation be necessary.
Bon Voyage! Itinerary and Final Trip Details
About three weeks prior to departure, you'll receive an email from the Inspirato Only Experiences team with your personal itinerary, suggested packing list, contact information for your on-site Inspirato hosts, pre-trip Zoom call details, and more.

Airport and Transportation Information
Suggested Arrival and Departure Airport: Please fly into Bozeman Yellowstone National Airport (BZN) in Montana and out of Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) in Wyoming.
Private Options: Arrive at Bozeman Yellowstone National Airport (BZN) and fly out of Jackson Hole Airport (JAC).
Arrival Note: We recommend arriving in Bozeman by 2pm to make it to the private Inspirato campsite before dark. If you’d prefer to arrive in Bozeman earlier, Inspirato has preferred room rates at The Element Hotel. You can book these rooms in your Traveler Information Form or by reaching out to the Experiences team. See Traveler Information Form for details and to book this additional night.
Departure Note: For the best experience, we recommend departing no earlier than 11 a.m. from Jackson Hole.
Complimentary airport transfers for arrival flights into Bozeman Yellowstone National Airport (BZN) and departure flights out of Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) are included in your package. If you are arriving or departing earlier or later than the dates of the Inspirato Only experience, airport transfers are not included but the Experiences team is happy to help make those arrangements.
Your Inspirato Only experience package includes private shuttle transportation to all activities within the itinerary. This includes airport transfers, transfers from the Inspirato private campsite to Hotel Jackson, and transfers to and from all activities.
Camp and Activity Information
A private campsite will be custom- built for our group. Each package includes one private canvas tent, configured with either one queen bed or two twin beds plus an attached bathroom with private toilets. Shower tents are not connected to sleeping tents and are shared with others. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.
There is a community lounge area, dining tent, and game area at camp. S’mores at the fire pit will be available nightly as well as telescopes to view the night sky. Battery-powered lanterns and lights, charging capabilities, and oil hurricane lanterns will be available to light your way at night. A dedicated team of camp staffers offers housekeeping, camp maintenance, as well as chef-inspired meals daily.
Three professional camp guides will serve and lead the group throughout the trip. Our guides are seasoned professionals who manage and lead groups through our national parks year-round. Many are students of outdoor education who know these lands and can design activities to fit every level of activity and interest. Our guides will plan each detail of each day, ensure guests are prepared with any necessary gear, and educate the group as you go.
Packing List
Our guides will create a complete packing list for guests that will be included in your personal itinerary. We’ve included a high-level summary list below.

- Travel and medical insurance information
- Credit and debit cards (Be sure that you have contacted your bank about your upcoming travel plans!)
- Gratuities are included in your trip. As such, tipping is neither required nor expected. For members who want to further recognize exceptional service, we will provide gratuity envelopes at the end of your stay.

A maximum of 20 Inspirato members and passholders and their family, friends, and guests will be in attendance.
This is an adults-only experience. The minimum age is 18 years.
Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded one day after the package is rebooked.
