Map & Location
With a flight into San Francisco Airport (SFO), you'll be approximately a 30- to 40-minute ride to Hotel Drisco. Alternately, Oakland International Airport (OAK) is about a 45-minute drive away. You'll find most major airlines offer numerous daily flights to both airports. The hotel offers chauffeur service to SFO for an additional charge, with rates varying by time of day. Transportation from SFO and to/from other airports is also available, but please note that these additional charges are higher and advance reservations are required.
Unless you'd like to make day trips, we do not generally recommend renting a car in San Francisco. The city is a walking city and offers great public and private transportation services. There are many dining, shopping and recreational opportunities just a short taxi or cable-car away. Additionally, Hotel Drisco provides complimentary one-way chauffeur service to nearby destinations in the Financial District, Union Square and the Presidio. This service is available on weekdays only from 7 to 10 a.m. on the half hour and advance reservations are required.
