The development of The Dewberry was a labor of love. Over the course of eight years, a team of architects and designers worked tirelessly to update the L. Mendel Rivers Federal Building and bring John Dewberry’s vision of “Southern Reimagined™” to life. Charleston International Airport (CHS) is serviced by most major airlines and provides nonstop service to and from 18 U.S. cities. The Dewberry is about 9 miles away from the airport and the hotel does not provide transportation. Charleston is a very walkable city with ample public transportation options, but if you would like to explore beyond the city, we recommend renting a car through club partner Avis.
