Lumière is the pre-eminent boutique luxury residential hospitality property in Telluride. Inspirato has partnered with Lumière since 2015 to offer members beautiful residences with incredible mountain access. In December 2018, Inspirato will expand its Telluride presence by rebranding Lumière as “Lumière with Inspirato,” investing in a more extensive service infrastructure, and bringing more accommodation options for Inspirato members.

Inspirato is partnering with Lumière to further enhance the guest experience at the property, in certain ways similar to how Four Seasons and other five-star hospitality companies manage the guest experience at their branded hotels. This means we will rebrand the building as “Lumière with Inspirato” and supplement the on-site service with a full-time Inspirato concierge. We will also be reimagining the lounge at the property for the enjoyment of Inspirato members, Lumière residence owners, and Lumière with Inspirato guests.

This partnership includes a variety of benefits for members:

  • The highly-reviewed Lumière remains available for members to enjoy.
  • Members will have booking access to the entire Lumière property (18 total residences).
  • All of Lumière’s residences and common areas will be remodeled to reflect Inspirato’s high-end luxury design aesthetic by Spring 2019.
  • Members receive discounted rates (averaging 15 – 20% below non-member rates).
  • Members enjoy Inspirato pre-trip planning, complimentary pre-arrival grocery service and an on-site Inspirato concierge.

Yes. Members will have access to every residential unit at Lumière – which includes eight different “types” and a total of 18 residences (members previously had access to five residence types at the property). Combined with our three standalone homes in Telluride, this is more inventory than we’ve ever been able to offer in this popular destination.

Yes. As with all hotel partners where we negotiate to offer accommodations through the club, non-members will continue to be able to book stays through the property’s website and third-party booking sites. Non-members will not be able to book through Inspirato.com, receive discounted member rates, or benefit from the services of the Inspirato Care team.

Yes. Lumière residences we previously had on Inspirato.com are still in our portfolio, but they now have new names. Please contact your Care team with any questions.

A full-time Inspirato concierge will now be available on-site to help you with any need that may arise, from dining recommendations and reservations to lift tickets and hiking maps, consistent with Inspirato service standards. One important benefit of this arrangement is that the concierge will be in close touch with your Care team to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Yes, we expect to enter into additional partnerships over the next few months, with a focus on adding additional accommodations for members to enjoy.

Hospitality management represents a separate but highly complementary business opportunity to the club for Inspirato. While each deal will have its own details, our objective will be the same. We believe we can meaningfully grow our business by partnering with select luxury properties and developments to deliver increased brand awareness, five-star service, and hospitality operations expertise. In doing so, we want promote our brand more widely and add new inventory to the Inspirato Collection more efficiently than in the past, to give members more choices and allow us to invest even more in other aspects of the member experience.
