Holiday Wish List is a quick and simple way to request reservations for the most popular holiday vacation weeks. Request multiple homes, a first choice along with two backups, for the holiday week(s) you want to travel by calling your Care team or visiting Inspirato.com. Select and manage your Inspirato vacation home ideas for the 2021-22 holiday week(s) through the holiday wish list request process here . Your Care team can help submit your top three choices into our holiday reservation process. Once Holiday Wish List ends, we’ll do our best to match you with one of your requested homes that is sure to provide an unforgettable gathering place for all your holiday celebrations.

 

Yes, your Care team can submit your requests, accept Holiday Wish List terms and conditions, and confirm your preferred payment method on your behalf. In fact, working directly with your Care team is the simplest and most convenient way to submit your Holiday Wish List requests. Your Care team will be available to advise you each step of the way by adding homes to your list, identifying comparable homes to expand your requests, and assisting you with making any changes within the selection period. Your Care team will be able to submit or re-submit your requests for you at any time during Holiday Wish List.

Holiday Wish List was specifically built to handle all reservation requests as fairly as possible. It is based on an automated algorithm that helps maximize the number of members who receive one of their top choices for travel during holiday weeks.

Here are the basic steps for using Holiday Wish List:

  1. On January 11, 2021, you can begin to make your requests by calling your Care team or visiting the Holiday Wish List page.
  2. When you find a reservation you like submit the Holiday request form.
  3. You can choose up to three homes for each holiday week when making your final selections and submitting your choices.
  4. Submit your Holiday Wish List and confirm your payment method. You or your Care team can make changes to your submissions until January 22, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Inspirato will then use an automated, randomized process to allocate reservations, aiming to book the highest number of members’ first choices as possible. You will receive an email with the status of your requests, including any confirmed holiday week reservations, by January 27, 2021.

When you submit your reservation requests to Holiday Wish List, you agree that you will accept and pay in full for any reservation you receive through the process. As a result, unless you pay by Bank Account and elect to pay over time, on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, the full amount of your holiday week reservation will be charged in accordance with the preferred payment you select at the time you submit your Holiday Wish List requests. If you pay by Bank Account and you elect to pay over time, the total cost of your reservation will be broken into 10 equal payments, with the first charged at time of booking and subsequent payments charged each month until the trip is paid in full two months prior to check-in.

Your holiday vacations are too important to leave until the last minute. We created our online Holiday Wish List tool as a member benefit to make it easy and stress-free to book an exceptional Inspirato vacation home during the most coveted time of year.

You can use Holiday Wish List to request reservations for these two 2021-2022 holiday weeks: Christmas Week: Sunday, December 19, 2021 through Sunday, December 26, 2021. New Year's Week: Sunday, December 26, 2021 through Sunday, January 2, 2022.

We suggest only submitting requests for the holiday week(s) you are committed to reserving, purchasing, and traveling. If you submit requests for two holiday weeks, you could receive confirmed reservations for both, in which case you will have purchased trips for both weeks.

If you choose to submit reservation requests during Holiday Wish List, you agree that you will accept and pay in full for any reservation you receive through the process. If you choose to pay with a credit card or pay in full by Bank Account, the full amount of your holiday week reservation(s) will be charged at the time of confirmation on January 27, in accordance with the preferred payment selected. If you choose to pay by Bank Account and you elect to pay over time, the first payment will be charged at time of confirmation on January 27, and you’ll be charged monthly for each subsequent payment until the trip is paid in full, two months prior to check in.

No. Holiday Wish List is only for Inspirato vacation homes and resort residences for the 2020-21 holiday weeks. You can continue to make reservations for hotel and resort rooms and suites and Inspirato Only experiences as you normally do, as well as Inspirato vacation homes that are not participating in Holiday Wish List.

Please note that participating Inspirato homes will be unavailable for holds and reservations on Inspirato.com for the two holiday weeks included in Holiday Wish List. Once the process has been completed on January 28, 2021, home calendars will open for holds and reservations as normal.

Yes, we encourage you to invite your eligible family members to take advantage of this advanced booking program for the 2021-22 holiday weeks.

As a reminder, Parent/Child Sharing privileges extend to your parents, your spouse's parents, and your adult children ages 25 and over. The only requirement is that they enroll and activate their personal accounts under your membership prior to Holiday Wish List ending on January 22, 2021. Your Care team can walk them through the process.

No, you can submit one, two, or three choices for each holiday week. However, we encourage you to work with your Care team to submit three choices for your desired week(s) to maximize your chances of reserving a great holiday vacation home.

You can start viewing pricing for each week as it becomes available under the club’s 53-week booking rule. The calendars will open to view availability and pricing for each week as follows:

  • Christmas Week 2021: Pricing and availability will open on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 1PM MT
  • New Year's Week 2021-22: Pricing and availability will start to open on

Yes. Between January 11, 2021, and 11:59 p.m. MT on January 22, 2021, you may submit and change your requests as many times as you would like. If you do make any changes, please ensure that you resubmit your requests prior to the January 22 deadline.

After Holiday Wish List closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on January 22, 2021, you will not be able change your requests or submit new requests.

You will receive an email with the status of your requests, including any confirmed holiday week reservations, by Wednesday January 27, 2021.

Our process is designed to match as many requests as possible, but participation does not guarantee a holiday week reservation. If you do not receive a reservation through the process, your Care team will work closely with you to explore additional options.

Yes. When you specify your payment method, you can select up to two credit cards and assign different percentages of your payment to each one.

Yes. If you have Travel Credits or Travel Perks available in your account when you submit your final requests, you will be prompted to include or exclude your credits as payment if you receive a reservation.

The Peak Reservation Policy applies to any reservation booked using Holiday Wish List.

Yes. However, there is no guarantee that you will receive the same residence for both weeks. We encourage you to explore your options with your Care team to find the best arrangement for your group.

No. Holiday Wish List is specifically for these time periods:

  • Christmas Week: Sunday, December 21, 2021 through Sunday, December 26, 2021.
  • New Year's Week: Sunday, December 27, 2021 through Sunday, January 2, 2022.

Yes. Please work directly with your Care team, because you are only able to select credit cards and Travel Credits/Travel Perks (if applicable) on the Holiday Wish List payment method screen when you submit your request. You can also add notes alongside each trip option that you request through Holiday Wish List to inform your Care team that you want to pay using ER Days.
